Chung Shan House is located at golfing complex, each house have its own private garden connecting to golf fairway. Private garden is acting as an interception point between interior spaces and the golf fairway while distance from each other. As one of the vacation homes for client’s golf games and gathering, every stay would probably invited guest with most of them are couples. Design strategy on both homey feeling with mini boutique hotel en-suites in unique styles to suit year round events.
